This Train the Trainer FETAC Level 6 programme will provide you with an in depth practical and theoretical understanding of the role and function of training in the business environment. The Train the Trainer programme will provide you with an invaluable insight into the knowledge, skills and attitudes that successful trainers need to design, deliver, assess and evaluate high quality training.
This Train the Trainer programme will provide you with all the tools and techniques to be an exceptional trainer. You will learn new skills and ideas through both theoretical and practical means. With this Train the Trainer FETAC Level 6 qualification you will have all you need to design, deliver and evaluate training.

Certification: An FETAC Level 6 Certificate will be awarded to each successful participant on this course.
Train The Trainer Overview:
On successful completion of the above programme, participants will be equipped to work effectively with a range of learner groups, carry out job analysis & training needs analysis and design & deliver training programmes.
Candidate Requirements:
Level 5 certificate, Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life and work experiences.
