HeartSaver CPR & AED in Schools
Candidate Requirement: Anyone who wants to learn early CPR and AED
Course Objectives:
This course is designed for students who wish to learn how to provide early CPR and AED to both adults and children.
Course Content:
Chain of Survival
Learn how to call 999 or 112
Learn CPR for Adults, children and infants (optional)
Gather the knowledge to be able to recognise the signs of and treatment of a Heart attack, Stroke, Cardiac arrest
and choking.
Learn how to prevent Sudden Death Syndrome
AED Instruction (Practical)
Certification:An Irish Heart Association course Completion Card.
Duration:
3 hours 45 minutes
2 hours 45 minutes without infant CPR
No. of Attendees: 6 to 1 Instructor
