The awarding body for Construction
CITB is the UK awarding body who are helping to provide a fully trained and skilled workforce that the construction industry needs if it is to thrive now and in the future.
CITB work in partnership with CITB Northern Ireland and the Construction Industry and Approved Training Organisation is the Republic of Ireland.
C & M Safety Ltd are delighted to announce that CITB has approved our Centre in Glin, our assessors and internal Verifiers and we are accredited to carry out assessments on all Plant and Machinery Operations.
This approval means that C & M Safety Ltd can now offer a wide range of Plant and Machinery courses under The Construction Plant Competency Scheme (CPCS) a card scheme to prove the skills of plant operators. This scheme consists of an amalgamation of various plant schemes to provide a single skills card for the plant sector of the construction industry.
The CPCS card is recognised in Ireland as well as UK and Europe, and can be exchanged for the FAS CSCS Ticket.
C & M Safety Ltd can offer a One Day Assessment for experienced operators on all categories of plant, as well as a host of other CPCS courses.
